Get Reimbursed While Your Caregiver Trains
When your caregiver participates in and completes an approved HCA or CNA training program, we provide a training participation allowance to support their time in training.
This allowance may be used to:
- Reimburse wages while your caregiver is in training
- Offer a completion bonus once certification is achieved
